This is a wonderful organic green sencha tea grown under sunshine from the Island Kyushu in Japan. The leaves are picked in early summer allowing for a fresh green flavor and beautiful clear yellow color to enjoy. Asamushi is a Japanese word for ‘light steaming’ which allows the freshly plucked leaves to bring a mild, gentle and fresh cup of green tea.

Brewing: 3 g to 200 ml , 10-20 sec. in 70-80°. Second brew 10-20 sec. Third brew 20-30 sec.

These beautiful leaves can be reused several times, we recommend approx 3-6 times.
