These terms and conditions apply for your purchase of products from Emeyu through emeyu.com.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of a product is the price quoted at emeyu.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. All prices for products at emeyu.com are applicable until changed. All prices are quoted in DKK and are stated inclusive of Danish tax (VAT) and duty, 25%, but exclusive of shipping costs.
You can pay via PAYPAL, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and Mobile Pay.
Emeyu will draw the amount, when the product is ready for shipment.
Emeyu sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.
The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation.
The shipping costs for your purchase will appear in the shop, when ordering and before you accept the order. After accepting the order, the shipping costs will appear from the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.
The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the web shop when ordering.
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the product, however this doesn’t apply for products categorized as food (for example tea) which you won’t be able to return.
You may cancel your purchase of non-food products by notifying Emeyu ApS within 14 days and returning the product. You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery of it.
You will receive the money back including any shipping costs charged by Emeyu ApS in relation to the (non-food) purchase as soon as possible after the cancellation.
If you have any complaints concerning your purchase, please contact us by email: email@example.com. You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
DUTY OF INSPECTION AND DEFECTS
When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order in order to establish any defects or imperfections. You may complain to Emeyu within two years after receipt of the order, in the case of defects or imperfections. However, you must always remember to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect – e.g. 2 months.
All images and text material on emeyu.com are subject to protection under copyright law and may not be used contrary to this. Breach of which would require an injunction as well as claims for all types of compensation.
Purchases of goods on emeyu.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute should be settled by the Danish Courts.
